All waste water treatment and effluent treatment plants have JAGTAP screening systems upstream of core processes in order reduce the bigger particles being carried over to the main treatment. The influent sewage/effluent water is screened to remove all large objects like cans, rags, sticks, plastics, hair etc.

Screening
Screening is the first unit operation used at wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). Screening removes objects such as rags, paper, plastics, and metals to prevent damage and clogging of downstream equipment, piping, and appurtenances.

Sewage Treatment is easily treatable using SBR type reactors. The treatment scheme involves Primary and biological processes as per requirement.For very small flows Packaged type treatment plants are offered.
SBR Technoloy works on as in One tank (Aeration Tank) only every work is been done. 
1. First Waste Water comes Wste Chamber were Paraboilic Screen / Rotary Screen Drum / Mehcnaical Screen    is install to separate solid particles in waste water. 2. Then from that Screen Waste Water goes for Oil & Grease Separater 3. After Oil & Grease Separater Waste Water comes to Collection Tank whose capacity is more then plant process.
4. 1. From Collection Tank Waste Comes to Aeration / Main Tank in which there are Air Blowers whose Time of one        Batch Cycle would be 35% to 50% ( If the Batch cycle is of 4 hours then we should keep 1.5 to 2 hours blowers on )    2. Now the Process is REACTION ( Time :- Total Batch Cycle of 20% to 25%) (Air Blower is STOP at this Time)       For Nitrification and Aerobic reat time - 1 to 3 Hrs   3. Sludge Settling time for best settling performance we take 1-3 hours of Time. 
5. Settle Sludge in Aeration Tank which is settle down is sent to Sludge Holding Tank / Sludge Thickner   Clean water which is settle at Top of the Sludge Holding Tank or Sludge Thickner is again send to Aeration Tank   Sludge which is settle down in Sludge Holding Tank or Sludge Thickner is sent to Sludge Drying Bed for Drying process with the help of   
   Cutter Pump6. Decanter in Aeration Tank - Which whose help the Clear Water is Suck and sent to Treated Water Tank
After Compliting One Batch other Batch means Water is taken in Aeration Main Tank for 2nd Batch.
