Micro Drum Filter

The micro drum filter filter is a rotary screen filter device. The treated waste water enters into the machine along the axial pipe entrance and flows out through the screen in radial. The impurities in the water are trapped in the inner surface of the screen on the drum.
The large filtered particles are discharged out of the drum with the guide plate in the screen. It is suitable for the separation of solid suspended particles, fiber, distiller's grains and other wastes from industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.

Filter characteristics1.Using 15-20 micron pore filtration process called microfiltration.2.It can be used instead of the thickener and the round mesh dehydrator by changing different mesh filters.

JAGTAP Grit Separator, consists of driving unit, Screw, water tank, U-shape chute and liner strip.

The screw type grit removal is composed of a slope bottom tank and a screw conveyor. The grit settled at the bottom of the tank is collected, lifted by the screw conveyor(25degree) and then drained and discharged to make sure the moisture content of the discharged grit flow be less than 60%. The screw diameter and consequently the grit classifier model varies according to the volume of grit to be dewatered.

The JAGTAP Rotary Drum Screen is an automatic, self-cleaning fine screen useful for applications from primary to membrane screening in municipal and industrial sewage treatment applications, designed specifically to protect secondary and tertiary wastewater treatment systems. The fine opening wedge wire screen media of the JAGTAP unit can effectively remove these materials in normal operation.

JAGTAP Rotary Drum Screen OperationFlow is pumped to the distribution pipe where it is directed onto the rotating drum. Wastewater passes through the openings in the drum while the captured screenings remain on the drum surface. Non-continuous flights inside the drum transport the screenings towards the discharge end of the drum. The screenings exit the unit and fall into a post screening device or a container. Spray water cycling is adjustable to ensure maximum performance.
